Louise Brownell
Vice President, Specialty Underwriter
Louise joined Montpelier Re in 2006 and underwrites Specialty reinsurance. She has 9 years of industry experience; prior to Montpelier Re she spent 4 years at Aspen Re (formerly Wellington Re) in London where she was most recently an assistant underwriter with the US Casualty Reinsurance team. Previously, she worked at Wellington Syndicate and Watson Wyatt Worldwide. Louise graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from University of Bristol. She is also an Associate of the Chartered Insurance Institute (ACII).
